(More customer reviews)Percy's bolt come in 3 pcs. The split hex bolt, which accepts the expander pin and an allen set screw that completes the assembly. I used a liberal bit of spark plug anti-seize when I assembled them. The hex bolt screws in as normal, the the allen set is tightened and applies pressure to the internal pin forcing the tip of the bolt to expand and lock against the wall of the bolt hole, won't unloosen until you want it to, end of story.
