(More customer reviews)This Cat Back exhaust system by aFe is made very well. The welds on the muffler and hangars are very good quality. When I opened the box there were 3 pieces; the front pipe that bolts up to the flange, the muffler w/2 bolt on clamps and the rear pipe with the chrome exhaust tip. It took me only 17 minutes to remove the OEM exhaust(be sure to lube the grommets where you need to pull the hangars out first). Installation only took 11 minutes. First loosely bolt up the front pipe to the flange. Next put the muffler with the offset end to the front with the clamp over the tube of the muffler, then twist the muffler back and forth until you get a snug fit. Then tighten the clamp. Next, maneuver the muffler until you can the hangars to go into the grommets(you may need to lube the grommets again). Wearing mechanics gloves, I was able to squeeze the grommets over the hangars. Next, put the remaining clamp over the rear tube of the muffler and install the rear pipe section over rear of the muffler. Next, maneuver the rear pipe section so that you can insert the hangars of the pipe section into the grommets. Next, tighten the rear clamp on the muffler and the bolts on the flange of the front pipe section.
On a side note, I ordered this on Friday, and being an Amazon Prime member, I selected Next Day Air shipping, which only cost me $3.99. The aFe exhaust system arrived to me in California from Pennsylvania Saturday morning.
