(More customer reviews)This product performed poorly when attempting to use it to reattach a lawn mower deck spring on my plain old residential-grade MTD mower.
On the first solid pull it straightened almost completely out and landed me on my backside.
This puller might work well for something like a screen door spring or something similar, but it proved to be anything but "heavy duty" as the product name implies.
I would have returned it but I tried hammering it back into shape trying very hard to get it to work (and get my lawn mowed!).
I cannot recommend this product.
