(More customer reviews)If you're looking for an aggressive sounding muffler that meets or exceeds the fuel economy of a strait pipe on your diesel truck, than this is not the muffler for you. The commercials tell you all these things, but they are not true. I've put over 1,000 miles on this muffler measuring the MPG after each tank and and each time I was disappointed. My mileage decreased a full 1 MPG after my strait pipe was removed and this muffler was professionally installed. Not only that, the time it takes for my the turbo to spin up has noticeably increased as well. Resulting in slower acceleration. As far as aggressive sound... don't expect that either. This muffler doesn't sound any better/worse than the factory muffler. Amazon may have the best price, but Flow Master doesn't have the best muffler for a 3/4 ton diesel truck.
