(More customer reviews)The welds seem decent for a cheap ebay header, but the flange does not line up to the head. There is a 1/2 inch gap between the flange and the head on cylinder number 1. I was planning on running this on my 94 Integra GSR with a B18C1, but it is useless unless I want a very large exhaust leak at the head. I suppose I could take the header to a shop to have them fix the flange, but it is ridiculous to pay the cost of labor to fix a cheap product that should have fit at least decently out of the box.
I had heard about all of the bad things about cheaply made headers and took a chance. I now wish I hadn't bought this. My advice is to stick with name brand manufacturers that actually do research and development.
One more point: The collector is supposedly 2.5 inches OD, and the collector length is different for 94-99 GSRs from other Integras, so this is not a direct bolt-on fit as claimed under Product Features.

Remflex RF3010 Graphite Exhaust Manifold Gasket Review

(More customer reviews)I did my research and the thicker Remflex gaskets are worth the extra money. They make up for minor inconsistencies in header flanges and compress nicely versus the old fiber type gaskets. 460 Fords are noted for stubborn exhaust leaks. This stopped my leak. My engine has 570 HP with aftermarket headers.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this header pipe to replace the cracked manifold on my 94 civic. I consider a great value because a new manifold is $200 ish from the dealer and a new dorman was about $125. I did have some trouble with the two pipes fitting together. It was only a moment of frustration, and no special tools were needed. The finish on the pipes is shiny and seems like it will last. I would recommend this to any do-it-yourselfer. Don't expect it to be high end brand name quality, but the function is fine.

ATP 101212 Exhaust Manifold Review

(More customer reviews)The quality of the manifold is fine for the price but unfortunately it does not fit as advertised on my 93 ZJ 4.0 the number 6 piston tube on the exhaust manifold contacts the bottom of the intake manifold during install. you will find cutting the intake casting off does not work either, you will eventually have to hammer down flat the #6 exhaust manifold tube you just bought and paid money for. For further warning the motor mount does not have to be removed, the one rear manifold stud in the cylinder head need to be removed (the exhaust goes right into place doing this) but conflicts with their install instructions (which need updated) there is no way to get around smashing/flattening your new exhaust manifold and I have two separate intakes to try ! all these ZJ 4.0's are the same... you've been warned.
PS: do not forget two new studs for the cylinder head (very important) if you manage to actually get this thing installed yourself...

Walker Exhaust 55277 Front Pipe Review

(More customer reviews)The factory pipe on at least some units has a very large dimple near the manifold for front driveshaft clearance. This unit does not have that restriction, but it is still small, crimped, kinked, and wrinkled.
Perfectly adequate for a factory replacement, but if you're looking for a high-flow upgrade, this isn't it.
