Other than the wrong application, the catalytic converter was a well made quality product. I contacted the seller, who responded promptly with return information. I would do business with them again, but will have to pay more attention to the vehicle sub-categories to get the exact part I want.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this tail pipe and put it on my 1997 jeep grand cherokee laredo. Walker claims that this will fit that model, year, and car. It does... after having to cut it in half, and bang the hell out of the bracket that holds the rear end of the tailpipe up. Even after all that im still going to have to get another tailpipe to replace it. (I can tell you one thing, it wont be from Walker.) I also purchased a muffler (quiet flow) the muffler works and fits great, its this tailpipe that sucks.

The people sending this item are aware that you will receive an item different than pictured but have not managed to change the picture or description. It is DEFINITELY not a direct fit anything. I am extremely annoyed with the whole transaction and hope that for future buyers they know better than to buy this and get the wrong item.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this catalytic converter when my 1998 Honda CRV showed a service code indicating the old converter was bad. It is a direct fit replacement as advertised. My only complaint was that it did not come with the gaskets for either end or the bolts for the 3 bolt end. My local parts stores did not carry the gaskets so I ended up having to buy from Honda[expensive]. Otherwise an easy installation and much cheaper than an OEM part. Service code has not reappeared.

(More customer reviews)Bought this part for my '99 tahoe because the CarX people in Arlington Heights, IL who installed my Maglaflow system ruined the oem cats on my vehicle with their impact tools. The best I could do on an OEM replacement was around $600 so at just under $300 for the Walker cats I feel I've gotten a good value. I had them installed at a local garage and the fit worked our just fine. Quality of the Walker parts is good but the bends in the tubing are not the same diameter as on the OEM parts nor are they as smooth. Walker gives a very good warranty at 50,000 miles and once this part was installed my check engine light stayed off and I was able to pass the IL emissions test no problem.

Wrong. can you say about another 2 hours of work to get it to fit. the stupid thing was about 5 inches short. so i had to cut off the factory bolt on edge of my brand new exaust and the factory edge of this junk part and fit in a piece of pipe and weld it all together. so it ended up costing me an extra 100 some dollars. Not worth the time or frustration. I would not advise buying this product to anyone. And if you do good luck.
