Even though Amazon said this was not applicable to 2003 Honda CR-V, the majority of other sources said that this was the one. Amazon said that it fits the 02 but not the 03 and and all sources said that they are the same. The only difference noted from the orginal was that it had a extra sleve piece for protection of the wire, but don't see that as a problem. Very easy install---I got the Oxygen Sensor Socket set and that made it very easy. Easier than changing the oil. Comes with anti-seize. Engine light is out and car runs perfect.

When I took my car to Autozone and they indicated my 02 sensor had gone bad (2004 Honda Civic LX) I panicked in a major way. After talking to a co-worker, he advised this was a repair we could do ourselves. After getting the part from Amazon, I rented a special wrench from Autozone (which is free, you just leave a deposit which is 100% refunded when you return it), and then I drove the car for 20 minutes (so the engine would expand a little from the heat. At that point we popped the hood, unhooked and unscrewed the old one, popped this in, and 5 miles later, the light was off and all was good.
If you can change a fuse, you can do this repair at home. The whole thing took about 2 minutes to do, and the only tool needed was the abovementioned wrench. 2 twists and done, saved me a $500 bill from the dealer.

This part worked perfect in my 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid. The dealership wanted to charge me $400 to replace this part. Instead I bought this part from Amazon and replaced it myself in about 20 minutes. Very easy to change out but you need to get a special ratchet fitting to unscrew the old one ($7 at Kragen's).
