(More customer reviews)If you are looking for a quiet Jeep, this is not for you. Around town, normal driving and idle, you will not know it is installed. However, step on the gas and the performance sound grows with the RPMS! I installed this a few days after installing a diablo sport programmer, so I can not really write about performance on it's own. It is a very quick and easy install. It bolts to the factory airbox lower half. Also it is the oiled version, verse the companies dry system.

Flowmaster 530513 50 Big Block Muffler - 3.00" Dual In / 3.50" Offset Out - Mild Sound Review

(More customer reviews)I tried this out on my 2001 Yukon Denali. Normally this is a very quiet SUV.
I noticed a slight increase in power. Gas MPG is exactly the same.
This muffler has a nice deep sound. It's not too loud that people would turn their heads and notice - it just sounds like a large burly engine.
However, I will be going back to the OEM muffler because I didn't like this for long trips when I drive more than 4 hours. I miss the silence of the stock muffler when I'm cruising along the highway. Some of the Flowmaster sound gets into the cabin so I have to turn up the radio a notch.
This muffler is good if you want a bit more throaty and deep sound, but it's subtle enough that it wouldn't catch anyone's attention.

aFe 54-10092 Air Intake System Review

(More customer reviews)All I can say is that I fell into the mpg scheme. I own a 2006 Dodge 2500 diesel and it actually hurt my fuel mileage 1 mpg. My cousin has a 2006 Powerstroke and he put on a K&N and he also lost 1 mpg. The only thing the AFE did for my pickup was make the cab noise almost unbearable. Buyer beware!!

(More customer reviews)high quality item but beware that if your jeep has the 4.7 H.O.motor,the magnaflow pipe dose not fit.I had to make a custom adapter to make it work on my truck.Instructions do not say anything about the H.O. motor having a larger pipe than the stock 4.7 but it must.

Banks 51314 Monster Exhaust System Review

(More customer reviews)Sounds great and adds a bit of torque. Install... A bit of a pain but excellent directions. You have to cut out the old cat back. Also you have to drop the skid plate. I installed this on my 06 tj. I threw an 02 sensor readin but all I did was reset the computer...(disconnect the battery for about 10 minutes and turn the key with it unplugged) other than that pretty straight forward install you could do yourself, if you have the right tools but as we all know "if you don't have tools, you shouldn't own a jeep"Update- muffler does rust after awhile but still great sound. I've had multiple compliments on the sound and can't complain about te excellent performance.

(More customer reviews)The kit was neatly packaged, and a joy to look at...if you like those kinds of things. High quality throughout. Easy to install on my 2010 Jeep JK. The only trouble I had was removing the old exhaust system - Jeep made it more difficult than it needed to me. I used my Dremel tool to cut the factory-installed bands off. The entire process took my an afternoon; ~ 5 hours in my garage. Love the sound and they say that performance will be improved (I also installed a K&N air system), but you won't notice it in the seat of your pants. Look at their graph, and believe. The sound makes you feel more powerful, but at the same time it is not a "glass-pack" ear-shattering sound that will piss off the neighbors. Highly recommended.

Dynomax 19331 Exhaust System Review

(More customer reviews)the only real problem was that when I received it it was all ripped open. I was missing a clamp was all but everything was ripped open inside the box. Everything seemed OK so I put it on and sound really good. On the tail pipe, I am going to need to shim it because the bracket is too big for the hanger.

(More customer reviews)Took me about 30 mins to install this, not including the removal of the stock exhaust. I had no issues with fitment and the sound is good for a v6. It leaked my 1st trip out on a test drive so I tightened it when it was hot and no leaks since. Can't verify whether the HP gain is worth the expense but I consider it a worthwhile purchase.

The exhaust system looks great withthe chrome "Borla" written tip and the stainless steel piping and muffler. all this makes just the perfect sound. the perfect grrrr when you give it gas and the quite when your highway cruising and at idle. the perfect system.
