Ok, I order this one up in hopes for fixing a stumble in deceleration with my 94 Chevy K1500 with 350/5.7L. I had tested my current egr valve per the stock service manual, and it passed yet when I had it hooked up I would have stumbling on decel and some time a low part throttle iit would also stumble: however it I would un hook the EGR Solenoid it would almost entierly go away. SO I started to reaserch EGR valve and symptoms like mine and it seems that there are many aftermarket egr's but some were saying not to waste your money on them or trust them,as there are different types of EGR's (port, negative and positive backpressure (thi is a negative) and they are precision to work/flow and the after market ones may not be up to snuff or be as durable as gm/ac delco! For an EGR valve, "they" said to stick with the most current GM/AC Delco replacement and for me that was this EGR valve. + the price wasn't too much more than most of the after markets and Amazon got it to me overnight even though it was listed to possibly to take up to 1-2 extra days to process then ship!
I know only have a few miles as I just installed it but the stumbling has gone away and now with the EGR system back up, hopefully my MPG will also go up some!
Oh just a note on shipping with this EGR, It does come with a mountug gasket but the egr doesn't have any packing materials in side the box and it free to move around durring shipping which may cause damage to the gasket, so don't be supprised if your gasket shows up damaged. The gasket is the grey-foil metal type, mine had a couple bends/crease but was still usable.
