It was about $10 cheaper on Amazon than it was at my local parts store and it came in two days (the variety of things available being prime shipping is still mind-boggling)! I'm not sure that it is entirely because of this part......but my car is even getting better gas mileage since I installed this thing! I took about a 450 mile trip over the past couple of days (I installed the pipe last week). I averaged 39.8 MPG in my 1999 Mazda Protege! Again.......maybe that's not due to this pipe......but I'm still thrilled with what an easy fix this was and that it saved me 25% of the price by buying it here! If it contributed to my gas mileage, then great! I don't think you'll be upset with the purchase. But don't expect a manual -- this is just a pipe. If you don't know how to fix it, you'll have to look it up online -- it's an easy switch.
