(More customer reviews)I bought this adapter to install a late model 4 bbl to an aftermarket intake manifold with the small 4 bbl bolt pattern. In order for this to work,I had to drill out the 4 holes in the center of the adapter, and countersink the holes for the adapter bolts. Not hard to do if you have a drill press (which I happened to have) but if you didn't have one it may be a little more difficult. The 4 middle hole locations are identified on the adapter, so there is no question where to drill the holes. It would have been better if Transdapt had already drilled these holes out.
