(More customer reviews)I picked this unit due to the higher wattage motor that would move more air. The installation of this unit was easy, the instructions were comprehensive and it is working well. It has reduced the heat load in the attic substantially, makes the upstairs more comfortable and assists the air conditioner. The unit makes virtually no noise. If you are uncomfortable cutting a hole in your roof, I recommend having it professionally installed but installation should not cost much since it needs no AC power. I like the fan and would make the purchase again or recommend it to a friend.
