(More customer reviews)I received this item exactly as they described it. It was in new condition and just what I needed for my '97 Acura CL 2.2. The only thing it is wasn't packaged at all. They just slapped some shipping stickers on it and had UPS send it; there was no packaging or anything. However since it does have a some bends in it if it were in a box it would take up a lot of space that isn't really needed. The only downside of this is the stickers are hard to get off so I just had to let them burn off with time. As a result there was a slight plastic smell for about the first week but after that all is well. It was much cheaper than from any local auto parts store by about $50 if you include tax. I did find it a couple dollars cheaper on another site, however I was willing to pay the few extra bucks knowing it was sold and backed by Amazon, which always has great service if something were to go wrong.
I also purchased the matching Walker Exhaust 55026 Quiet-Flow Muffler Assembly as it had rusted out pretty bad and together they worked out perfect. You can see that review on Amazon as well if you are interested.
All in all I was pleased with this purchase. I would recommend this to anyone looking to replace their exhaust resonator.
