(More customer reviews)2004 V6 Mustang: I decided to spend the extra money on Flowmaster than going cheap with MAC and it was worth every penny. If you're thinking about putting dual exhaust on a 6 cyl this is the catback to go with. I used the Pacesetter Adapter Kit to convert my stock Y Pipe to an H and bolted this catback right up. It's not raspy and gives that low rumble (nothing is going to give you the sound of two more cylinders but this gets pretty darn close)great tone, and great sounding exhaust. Go for it! ;)
Also though, if you do convert a 6 cyl to true dual exhaust you will need one more hanger for the passenger's side (since this kit is made for a GT it doesn't include one) but the shop I took mine too just welded the bracket holding the tailpipe to the car and it fixed my problem.
