The seller we bought this from was very quick with the shipment. The item was boxed appropriately. Everything was in the box for a complete install.
Did a lot of studying and reviews before buying this system. My 18 year old son and his friend installed it themselves. I supervised with a cup of coffee and didn't even have to get under there with them. It was easy and straight forward. I might have taken and hour or so from start to finish. The mounting hooks hit all the right spots. I would recommend checking around for others that have installed systems and pick up all the little tips and tricks. Like what you should know before you start, (ie a 1999 Wrangler skid plate supports the transfer case) so a jack just to support transfer case while the skid plate is off is a must. I looked for YouTube and Jeep Blogs, to finally find some others with previous experience and step by step installs.
The sound is pretty good for a 4 cylinder. It has a nice low tone. I have confidence to make this install again in the future if needed. Or at least my kid can do it for me :)
