(More customer reviews)I am German, I like elegance and Porsches. BUT DAMN this is one sick sounding puppy. I installed this on my 1999 Chevrolet Blazer 4.3 Vortec. For a V6. . . it can't get much better than this. The exhaust is not particularly loud but then again this is only a day after I have installed it. The muffler has not yet been "broken - in". The sound is definitely different from stock though. It's deeper and has a richer tone. It is actually pretty close to a V8 at idle. Inside the truck, once you climb into the RPMS the engine noise starts to drown out the muffler. Outside the vehicle however, it is quite loud. I originally bought this due to its cheap price. I also wanted to reduce back pressure to put less strain on my engine and ultimately gain some milage (Gas prices are some S***). This cat back system also looks exactly like the stock exhaust once installed (except that it is new). Definitely sets your truck apart from other blazers and jimmys. Awesome buy, highly recommended for anyone wanting to add some prestine sound to their rear exit ;].
