(More customer reviews)I order two items from Amazon through a Company called GM Cycles, based out of Ridge, MD. These items were both for my 2009 Kawasaki Vulcan 900. The first item was a set of Vance and Hines pipes, and the other was the Power Commander. On the item description for their Dyno Jet Power Commander, it cleary states: for models '06 and UP!. When the products arrived I looked on the sticker on the front of the Power Commander and it stated: '06-'08, KAW, VN900! now you can imagine i'm gettin pissed. When I take these items to my local dealer, they tell me that the '09 has an O-2 cencor and it needs a different model. After NUMEROUS attempts to contact the company, I have gotten no answer and have made no progress.
