(More customer reviews)I order some of the 3" vband kits from them on Monday and the assure me that it will arrive on Wednesday since I'm not too far from them. It didn't come on Wed. So I called for a tracking number and they took my name/number and said they will call me back and NEVER DID. When I finally reached them again and they were very resistant to give me a tracking number but did say that it will arrive on Thursday. It did not arrive on Thurs. I called Friday and they once again did not want to give me a tracking number and assured me that it will arrive on Fri afternoon and if it doesn't, call them. It DID NOT arrive on Friday and when I called, no one answered. No one was there on Sat to pick up the phone or they are just ignoring me. They DID NOT respond to any of my emails. If and when the vband kits arrive, regardless of the quality. I would STAY AWAY from this seller if you want it on time and headache free. I had no choice but to buy it from another seller to finish my project on time.
