(More customer reviews)I found that the Vance & Hines, Widow 2-1-2 stainless exhaust system optional quiet baffles to replace the original loud baffles were supplied without muffler packing so now I have to source muffler packing prior to fitting to the system. It will be some time before I am able to fit them to my motorcycle to give a proper review of the reduction in decibels. I think V&H should provide the decibel levels for the original exhaust system and the quiet baffles to enable you to know exactly how much noise they make for legal reasons. No technical data is provided.
The product was supplied with some delay owing to the supplier sending the wrong item. Several emails were exchanged regarding this and I finally received the correct baffles for my motorcycle. The supplier allowed me to keep the incorrect baffles as it would have cost them too much to return to the USA. The transaction could have been more difficult however the supplier has a good customer service department.
