After the lift arm broke I contacted the company to see if I could still get spare parts. From a description of the year and make of my RV the customer service rep. not only confirmed that the spares were available, but immediately mailed me the necessary unit with absolutely no charge.
When a company stands behind it's product like this why would anyone buy a competing product?
