(More customer reviews)My husband installed the fan and says: The installation instructions are very clear, so the hardest part of install is deciding what type of sealer to use. I used construction grade roof sealer. Also, removing the existing fan takes a little work. The action of the fan/ vent is a little vague in the description. I thought the vent would open or close based on temp, but it is only the fan which turns on and off based on temp. The vent reacts to rain and is either fully opened or closed. Also, don't over-tighten your screws; you'll strip the thin roofing material. Overall: good product.
