The exhaust pipe on the bottom of the car hangs lower than it originally did which worries me(my car is completely stock), it's the first thing to scrape if you pull too far into a parking spot. The exhaust pipe was ~0.030" larger than the connection to the catalytic converter and required a bunch of grinding to get it to fit. Even if you re-use the ones in your car you'll need three bolts to attach the manifold to the pipe, but this only came with two so I had to go buy another one. It does not include a seal for between the pipe and the catalytic converter. In conclusion, it's a pain to put in, only sorta fits (after modification) and you'll have to buy extra parts.
