(More customer reviews)I have to say that the overall quality of this product is good. It is considerably lighter than the OE Ford H-Pipe for the HPP Crown Vic/Grand Marquis or the P71 Police interceptor and provide for the optimal V8 sound.
On the bad side, the flanges on the H-Pipe were welded incorrectly and would not align to the flanges on the catalytic converters on my car. I had the option so doing something stupid and trying to fix the issue myself or take the H-Pipe to a professional installer and have them massage the fit of the pipe to my car along with the rest of the exhaust system on my car. In the end, it was the best route as my car is less than 6 months old and the pros at the local exhaust shop were massage this part to make it fit my application.
Yes, this is a do-it-yourself bolt on part, but be prepared to have some tools available to make everything fit like a factory job.
